Hands down, Fran makes the most beautiful cookies and cakes ever. But she also shares her knowledge with others in fun, relaxed classes. I had Fran come to teach Cookie Decorating to a group of six women. We had wine, a power failure!!! and lots of laughs. Fran took it all in stride and taught us some great new skills even by candlelight. She was perfect at guiding te group without taking over the evening. her class was super organized, and she taught us just the right amount of new skills so that we were empowered but not overwhelmed. Were my cookies as good as hers? Well, no. But they were awesome! I made fabulous mittens and trees and Christmas reindeer. And all of us had a ton of fun.
